How To Withdraw Moniepoint Promo Balance

 If you own a moniepoint business account and your account star level is up to 3 star, you must have noticed that Moniepoint is running a promotional offer whereby they share part of their transaction charges with you. In the ongoing Moniepoint promotional offer, at least you will get up to 15% from their transaction charges on each transfer transaction that you receive and this commission that you receive goes straight into a separate account know as promo balance that is separated  from your main Moniepoint balance account.

But the recent problem many Moniepoint business owner accounts that are qualified for this promo and that have been receiving these commissions into their promo balance is on how to withdraw the money in their promo balance account.

Before now, let say 3 Months ago, you might have noticed that this promo balance was easier to withdraw across all your moniepoint business platform; be it from the POS machine attached to your business account, or the Moniepoint business mobile app or any other Moniepoint platform that you can think of. This was simply because the promo balance section was easy to access on any Moniepoint business platform that you are accessing your account with.

But this time around the promo balance position section has been changed and you can now only see the promo balance but you can longer click on it to proceed to withdrawal as it used to be in the past, especially on the Moniepoint mobile app and  on the POS terminal.

 

Many people have been asking me how they can withdraw their Moniepoint promo balance, and if you are one of them and also want to know how you can go about it, then just follow the simple steps below;

.With your phone or computer, launch any browser of your choice

. then in Google search or any search engine you are using, type ‘Moniepoint login’

. Click on the first Moniepoint login search result that appears to take you to Moniepoint login web portal. Note that after clicking on the Moniepoint login search result, if it is redirecting you to your Moniepoint mobile app for your login, you can easily use another browser and follow the same process from beginning.

. Next is for you to sign in on the Moniepoint log in web portal that appears. Use your normal Moniepoint log in details that you use on your app to sign in.

. It will then take you through a series of face verification process before you can get into your account. So just follow and go through the face verification process in order to have access into your Moniepoint account on the web portal.

. When you have finally logged in and if you have multiple businesses , you will see all the business accounts associated or linked to your Moniepoint account and you will also see the PROMOTION Section

. Head to the Promotion section and click on the promo balance that you wish to withdraw from

. Then click on the redeem bonus tab to take you to where you can input the exact amount that you want to withdraw and then finally click the Redeem bonus tab after inputting the amount  and your promo balance will be sent to your main Moniepoint account where you can then choose how you wish to spend or use it.

But it is important to note that you can now only withdraw your Moniepoint Promo balance daily between the hours of 4AM and 8AM. So anything outside that time window frame, you might need to come back the next day between that hour to withdraw your Moniepoint promo balance.

 

Finally, it simply means that you can no longer withdraw your Moniepoint promo balance from your Moniepoint business mobile app or from your POS terminal. The only available means or channel to withdraw any of your Moniepoint promo balance is through Moniepoint web portal that you can still access with your phone or computer via any browser.
