MTN subscribers across the country were saddened at the announcement of the increased rate of True Talk call tariff plan by the supposedly the number one GSM network provider in the country.

Normally, the common thing is to hear that the call rate or price of particular call tariff plan has been slashed down, but in this case it was the exact opposite.
