In such situation, one might ordinarily start thinking that the device that you are trying to troubleshoot Bluetooth problem does not support Bluetooth file transfer and thereby can easily conclude that the system does not come bundled with Bluetooth hardware, whereas it is not so.

If you have ever been in such a situation and you are looking for the Bluetooth option in your device manager and you are sure that your system has full support for Bluetooth functionality, then follow the steps below to see the Bluetooth option in the device manager section of your system in order to provide you easy troubleshooting option for your Bluetooth issue;

·     Go to your to your device manager section by simply right clicking on the start menu and choosing the device manager option or you can open “Run” dialogue box on your system and type in “devmgmt.msc” to access your device manager.

·     If after scanning through the options available there on the Device Manager window and you couldn’t find the Bluetooth option, just click on the “View” menu and choose “Show hidden devices” and your Bluetooth option should appear on the list of your available system devices.
