Whatsapp Repositions Attachment Icon, Gives Text Area Double End Spherical Shape
Lately, you might have noticed that Whatsapp has been carrying out lots of tweaks to their app through constant updates.
Recently, you might have heard that Whatsapp has released Beta version of its app to Beta testers that now come with PIN icon at the top right end that will allow users PIN some of their important messages, though this feature is yet to go mainstream, but users are all looking up to it to be made available to all any moment from now.
Again, in Whatsatpp latest update to version 2.17.146, it has relocated the famous attachment icon from the top right position now to the bottom right position just in the typing area beside the camera icon.
Other noticeable changes in this latest update is the separation of the video call icon from the voice call into stand alone icons and the text area that used to have a rather rectangular like edges but now it has been moulded into a length of text area with a more oval or spherical double end, giving it a Facebook Messenger-like text area shape.
It could also be recalled that the contact icon that was once at the top was at some point repositioned to the bottom right into what appear as a floating icon.
