Just as we have pointed out before that most times these deductions which you consider as stealing often occur when you subscribe to MTN Value Added Services in the past and failed or forget to opt out.

You can easily view to know all your active MTN Value Added subscriptions and after that you can also easily unsubscribe or opt out from each of them by following the simple steps below;

·     Dial the code *123*5*1# and reply with 2 to see your active subscriptions

·     Reply with the serial number of each active subscription shown and that you want to opt out from

·     Reply with 1 to unsubscribe

If you have multiple active subscriptions, then repeat the process and select any active subscriptions to unsubscribe from.

After you have finish opting out from all your MTN active subscriptions as described above, MTN will from then henceforth stop deducting (stealing) your airtime.
