2go announces latest version V3.8, promises great improvements and encourages users to upgrade or download it

3 to 4 years ago, it was difficult to mention 1 or 2 mobile chat networks without mentioning 2go. Then if you own a smartphone without having 2go installed in it, it is like you are either completely missing in action or that you are totally disconnected from sharing the chat fun with others.
