See the new Toshiba laptop (Kira ultrabook) which last for 22hours after a single charge

Talking of long lasting battery life laptops or ultra-books, Toshiba has been said to raise the bar here and set a standard for other manufacturers by coming up with their latest Kira ultra-book laptop the Dynabook Kira V634/27K which they say can last for a whooping 22hrs after a single charge. 

Mentioning 22hrs here, we can just conclude that Toshiba is offering a whole day one charge laptop.

The energy saving capabilities of the new ultra-book can said to be aided by its little low display resolution of 1366 X 768 and also the absence of touch screen functionality. Other of the known features of the new Toshiba Kira ultra-book includes;

= => the new fourth generation intel core “Haswell’’ processor.

But if it now becomes a must that you need similar thing with touch screen functionality and a better screen resolution, Toshiba is saying that it is available; that the also new and similar Dynamo Kira V834 ultra-book which comes along with the V634/27K has such functionalities which also features same display size but with 2,560 X 1,440 resolution and a lower battery life of about 14hrs. 

The price of this particular one is a bit higher that the energy saving machine version; around $1,530

The only sad thing here yet is that Toshiba has not mentioned that their new ultra-book will be shipping outside Japan.

In my opinion, the laptop will be much suitable for developing nations where issues of poor power generation has constantly befallen them. 

But for now, if you need the new Toshiba ultra-book, I think you have to be heading straight to Japan or look for Japanese online store where it might be offered.
