Xiaomi is just on the verge of launching it’s second in line of the Mi Max series Phablet and this time around simply known as the Xiaomi Mi Max 2.

Last year the first series of the Xiaomi Mi Max Phablet was launched and later today in China we are going to be witnessing the launch of the second series of the device, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2.

Before launching, leaks about the specs of the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 have been in circulation and latest leaks that most likely portray the true features to expect have also made their way out.

The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 will most likely be unveiled today with two variants of the Phablet featuring one with 4GB RAM and a Snapdragon 626 chipset, and the 2nd variant with 6GB RAM and a Snapdragon 660 system on chip.

From what we learnt, the leaked specs shows a device with full metal body and a wide 6.44inch display.

We expect to see a 128GB storage device most probably loaded on the 6GB RAM variant and the device is expected to feature a 12MP rear shooter with a Sony IMX378 sensor and also a selfie camera with 5MP.

From the OS point of view, nothing short than an Android Nougat is most likely and fingerprint scanner is inevitable.

It will spot a 3.5mm head jack situated and a USB Type C with reversible charging ability is expected and then the battery was seen as a 5349mAh capacity.

Finally, leaks also suggest a price of roughly $218 for the 4GB RAM variant and about $247 for the other 6GB RAM variant.
